What we learned from 31,000 questions
The most common questions, the ones Halvio gets wrong, and the three sources that answer almost everything.

Between January and July, teams asked Halvio 31,418 questions. A third were about orders, a fifth about support, and one in ten about money.
Where it goes wrong
Most wrong answers came from ambiguous definitions: two teams meaning different things by ‘active customer’. Halvio now asks which definition to use when it sees two.
Three sources do most of the work
The orders table, the support inbox and call notes answered 71% of questions on their own.
