The service

Halvio reads the tools you connect, answers questions about them and sends scheduled briefs. Access to your tools is read-only.

Your account

You are responsible for who you invite and which tools you connect. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Halvio to process data you don’t have the right to use, or to try to break or overload the service.

Liability

Halvio cites its sources so you can check its work. Decisions you make from a brief remain yours. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We will email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms that affects you.
