Who we are

Halvio Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the account information you give us and the data processor for the data Halvio reads from your tools.

What we collect

Your name, work email and company when you sign up, billing details on paid plans, and the data your connected tools make available to Halvio under read-only access.

How we use it

To write your briefs, answer your questions and keep your account running. We never use your data to train any model, ours or anyone else’s, and we never sell it.

Where it lives

In the EU (Frankfurt) or the US (Virginia), whichever you choose at setup. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@halvio.ai.
